Whether turning or milling – using modern CNC and conventional machines, we manufacture high-precision single parts, small batches, and series components exactly according to customer drawings. Our experienced skilled workers combine in-depth technical expertise with the highest dimensional accuracy.
We machine a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and plastics. Equipped with high-performance CNC turning centers – including driven tools – as well as multi-axis milling machines (up to 5 axes), we reliably and cost-effectively produce complex contours, holes, pockets, slots and demanding geometries.
Using CNC-controlled press brakes and high-performance guillotine shears, we ensure precise cutting and accurate bending.
We reliably form even complex sheet metal geometries with high dimensional accuracy – efficiently, repeatably and exactly according to your requirements.
Our experienced welders manufacture precise welded components and assemblies using modern MAG/MIG and TIG welding technology – from single parts to series production. Modular welding tables ensure maximum accuracy and repeatability.
For larger volumes, welding robots enable on-time and cost-efficient series production. We manufacture mechanical engineering components, complex welded structures and steel profile constructions made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum – reliable, durable and precisely fitted.
For optimal protection and a flawless appearance, we offer painting, powder coating and hot-dip galvanizing – flexibly in-house or in cooperation with experienced partners.

Thanks to contactless nozzle height control, we process sheet metal completely scratch-free. Intelligent technology eliminates the need for programming the highly dynamic Z-axis, ensuring maximum process reliability and consistently high quality.
With a working area of 3,000 × 1,500 mm, we produce laser-cut parts precisely according to customer specifications – flexible, precise and in virtually any desired shape.
