Carton and Bin Conveying Systems
For the transport of cartons, crates, workpiece carriers and unit loads in a wide variety of shapes and dimensions, we design and manufacture tailor-made conveyor solutions. These include roller and belt conveyors as well as roller curves and belt curves – also available in lightweight designs upon request.
As with our pallet conveyor technology, a wide range of configuration options is available to optimally adapt the conveying system to your specific requirements. For lighter conveyed goods, modern 24 V DC drives enable the implementation of zero-pressure accumulation systems – energy-efficient and reliable.
Thanks to curve elements with various conveying angles, even complex line layouts can be realized with ease. The result is a continuous material flow – flexible, efficient and precisely matched to your processes.
Belt conveyors (slider bed belt conveyors) are universal conveying systems for the transport of packaged and unpackaged unit loads in a wide variety of shapes and dimensions. Available in various design versions, our tailor-made belt conveyors enable simple and efficient in-house transport of containers, cartons and individual loose parts (e.g. from production and warehousing). Additional belt curves allow even complex conveyor layouts to be implemented.
If only lighter unit loads need to be conveyed, our belt conveyors (slider bed belt conveyors) are also available in lightweight designs. While offering the same range of configurations as the standard belt conveyors, their maximum conveying capacity is reduced.
All belt conveyors from A.H. Meyer are individually adapted to your on-site conditions. Different conveying speeds, widths and lengths are available, as well as a wide selection of conveyor belts. Various drive concepts ensure that all requirements are met.
For complex curve layouts, high point loads or increased cooling air flow,
we also offer modular belt conveyors.

Belt conveyors (slider bed belt conveyors) in lightweight design
The belt conveyors (slider bed belt conveyors) in lightweight design are also manufactured from a robust folded steel sheet profile with reinforcing sections and an integrated slider plate. They likewise feature an assembly-friendly bolted construction with a system hole pattern for the attachment of accessories. When the conveyor line is built in sections, zero-pressure accumulation conveying is possible.
The lightweight belt curves, like the standard belt curves, allow conveying angles of up to 180°; however, the maximum permissible total load is reduced.
For the transport of very heavy goods of various shapes and dimensions, robust roller-supported belt conveyors are the most suitable solution.
Robust roller-supported belt conveyors from A.H. Meyer are available in various designs. Conveyor speed, conveyor width and length, as well as the conveyor belts themselves, are customized to your requirements. A range of different drive configurations ensures that all application needs are covered.
Roller-supported belt conveyors
The assembly-friendly bolted construction of our roller-supported belt conveyors is manufactured from robust folded steel sheet profiles. Belt support is provided by carrying rollers, which can be equipped with a central bearing for particularly heavy loads. Depending on the drive concept, reversible operation is possible.

Roller conveyors are among the proven classics of conveyor technology.
They stand out for their robust design, low maintenance requirements and versatile application options – both as powered systems and as simple, non-powered gravity roller conveyors. Different roller diameters, roller pitches and drive concepts allow for optimal adaptation to a wide variety of conveyed goods.
As with all of our conveyor solutions, conveyor speed, width and length, as well as further design details such as roller diameter or roller pitch, are individually tailored to your requirements. Particularly robust versions are also available for the transport of pallets or heavy loads.
Roller conveyors in lightweight designs
Our lightweight roller conveyors are specifically designed for smaller conveyed goods, while offering the same level of quality and reliability as systems for heavy loads. The difference lies in the more compact design, reduced conveyor weight and adapted drive concepts.
The drive can be implemented via round belts, flat belts or toothed belts. Depending on the application, 24 V DC driven roller solutions or geared motors are used. Zero-pressure accumulation is easily achieved through a sectional design using 24 V technology – making these systems ideal for sensitive or easily damaged conveyed goods.

Roller curves – for flexible conveyor line routing
As a complement to our straight roller conveyors, roller curves enable the easy implementation of complex conveyor layouts – for example in offset conveyor lines or to bypass obstacles such as support columns. The conveyor rollers are made of robust steel with conical plastic segments and are reliably driven by belts.
