Pallet Conveyor Systems
For the transport of pallets, mesh boxes and similar unit loads, roller conveyors, chain conveyors for transverse conveying, turntables and transfer units are commonly used. These components can be deployed individually or as part of complex conveyor lines with integrated system control.
Roller conveyors are robust and low-maintenance and can be used in a wide range of applications thanks to different roller diameters, roller pitches and drive concepts – including as non-powered roller tracks. All of our conveyor systems are precision
CNC-manufactured and, depending on your requirements, are capable of transporting Euro pallets as well as special pallets or mesh boxes.

Our chain conveyors are used wherever pallets need to be transported transversely to the conveying direction. Different conveying speeds, widths and lengths can be implemented.
Chain Conveyors for Pallet Transport
In chain conveyor systems, the number of load-bearing chain strands depends on the conveyed goods and their load distribution – as standard, we install two strands. The steel frame structure of our chain conveyors is based on a solid steel profile construction that is welded and bolted.

Whenever a change in direction is required within the conveyor line, turntables are used for pallet transport. The slewing ring is driven by a separate motor and precisely positioned at the required angle by means of sensors. Brake motors are typically used to ensure accurate positioning. The maximum possible rotation angle is 270°.

In addition to turntables, so-called corner transfer units – also referred to as lift-and-transfer modules or chain transfer units – can be used when a change in direction is required within the conveyor line. With this conveying method, the load retains its orientation in space while being rotated by 90° relative to the conveying system. Lifting is carried out either pneumatically or by motor drive.
Furthermore, we offer additional accessories such as pallet stackers or load lifting devices.
