Troughed belt conveyor
Our troughed belt conveyors are true all-rounders for the horizontal and inclined transport of a wide variety of bulk materials – ranging from sand and soil to pellets or agricultural products. This conveyor type also includes cleaning-out belts.
Thanks to their troughed design and roller-supported belt, they are ideally suited for long conveying distances – efficient and reliable. We manufacture your troughed belt conveyors individually to the required length, width and configuration.
The frame of our stationary troughed belt conveyors is built in segments, depending on the application, either from robust folded steel sheet or from welded structural steel frames. Different motor arrangements and drive concepts ensure optimal conveying speeds.

Mobile troughed belt conveyors correspond in design and construction to stationary troughed belt conveyors. In the mobile version, however, they are additionally equipped with a chassis with scissor supports for incline adjustment. The two wheels can be swiveled by 90°. An optional slewing ring beneath the infeed end also allows the entire conveyor to be swiveled.
Bulk material feed hoppers or feed bunkers are available in many different designs and numerous variants, depending on the application.
