For highly compressed fibers

For particularly heavily compressed materials, we offer the coconut bale opener.
It has been specially developed for highly compacted fibers such as coconut, polypropylene (PP) and many more. This version is designed for extremely dense bales and ensures uniform, material-gentle loosening – even at very high compression levels. The performance is individually tailored to your requirements and production conditions.

In addition, the coconut bale opener is equipped with an inclined conveyor belt with a scattering drum at the end, ensuring even material distribution and an optimal transfer to the subsequent process.

Bale Pre-Processing

The coarse bale opener stage prepares the highly compacted fiber bales for the subsequent processing step in the bale opener.
