Roll-up Unit for Mats

Our roll-up unit ensures precise and uniform winding of the produced mats into compact rolls. Upon request, a fully automatic stretch unit can be integrated, securely and efficiently wrapping each roll in stretch film – for optimal protection and easy handling.

Automatic roll-up unit

The automatic roll-up unit continuously winds the produced mats into highly compact rolls, without interrupting the production process.

Stretch wrapping unit

The stretch wrapping unit is available as an option for the automatic roll-up unit.
It wraps the rolled mats in stretch film before they are discharged.
